About Us

OUR  VISION

The vision statement of McLean Bible Church is to make an impact on secular Washington, DC with the message of Jesus Christ.

OUR VALUES

In order to accomplish our vision, McLean Bible must be a unique kind of church – the kind of church that God can use to make a difference in Washington and beyond. Our 10 Core Values define us, guide us, and ensure that everything we do is aligned with our vision.
 

OUR STRATEGY

McLean Bible Church is a multi-campus congregation that acts as one church in multiple locations around the Washington, DC metro area. Our goal is to build a “spiritual beltway” around the city by starting Community Campuses that are fully functioning expressions of McLean Bible Church. We believe these Community Campuses are the best way we can carry out our mission of impacting secular Washington with the message of Jesus Christ. MBC Senior Pastor Lon Solomon preaches live from the Tysons Campus and is broadcast live via satellite to our other MBC Campuses. Frontline Pastor Todd Phillips preaches live from the Tysons Campus Sunday evening and is broadcast via satellite and video at the other Frontline locations, except Frontline Arlington where Todd does preach live on Monday evenings.  To learn more about Frontline visit frontlinedc.com. 

OUR CAMPUSES

Each McLean Bible Church campus is a fully functioning church community with live worship, small groups, McLean University classes, relevant ministries for kids and students, a dedicated staff team, and a live satellite broadcast message from our Senior Pastor Lon Solomon. Frontline, our young adult ministry led by Pastor Todd Phillips, has dedicated campuses with live worship services, small groups, serving opportunities and more, geared specifically to adults ages 18-35. Each campus staff team is led by a Campus Pastor who oversees all campus activities.

SMALL GROUPS

One of our Core Values states that "Every Christian needs to be connect to a caring community." We believe small groups are the optimal way for people to connect to God and to other believers, working together to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
