Kid's Quest Loudoun Participation and Enrollment

We are so glad that you are interested in enrolling your child or children into Kid’s Quest at MBC Loudoun. While enrollment is not absolutely required, there are several benefits to doing so, which include:

  • Rapid check in + key tags
  • Small Group assignment
  • Improve Communication
    • Provide emergency contact info
    • Record health & custody concerns
  • Receive news & event info

Print and fill out this form and give it to a Kid's Quest Greeter.

We would like to encourage you to attend at the same service time each week so that your child can begin developing relationships with the Small Group Leader and peers within that group. We believe that regularly connecting with the same peers and leaders greatly enhances your children’s experience and ability to process what they are learning.

Family Enrollment Form

Complete the Enrollment Form. You may also print the form or pick up a paper version at a Kid's Quest Check-In Station.

Q:  I can't remember my MBC online ID and password to enroll online... What do I do?

A:  If you know the email address you used to create your account, you can click on the “Account Help” button on the main login screen, enter the birthday of the person who created the account, then enter your email address in the first text box to have your User ID emailed to you. Once you know your User ID, you can click on the “Account Help” button from the main login screen, enter the birthday of the person who created the account, then enter your User ID in the second text box to have your Password emailed to you.

Q:  I can’t remember what email I registered with, so I can’t get access to my User ID or Password... What do I do?

A:  If you can’t log in any other way, you can just create a new Web Link profile. You’ll want to click on the “Create Account” button on the main login screen, then enter your household information accordingly with your new email address, User ID, and Password. You’ll need to create profiles for your spouse (if applicable) and children who need to be enrolled individually once your main household profile has been entered.

Family Update Card

Complete a Family Update Card if you are already enrolled and have updates (contact information, addition to the family, new health concern, etc.). Download the Family Update Card, fill it out and turn it in to any of the Kid’s Quest Greeters at check-in. You may also pick up a Family Update Card in the Connect Room, just across the hall from Preschool.

Enrollment Information

Key Tags

Once the Enrollment Form is received and processed, each child is assigned a unique Key Tag. Be on the lookout for an email indicating that the Key Tag is available for pick up. Key tags are used for fast check-in and emergency contact. View our Check-In, Security, & Emergency Contact Procedures.

Collect your Key Tags in the "New Family / Visitor Check-In" room. The envelop is typically labeled with the last name of the head of household indicated on the Enrollment Form. If the child has a different last name, ask the Greeter to look for all possible names. If your key tags become defective (ex. numbers rub off the back) we will replace them for free; inform a Greeter at check-in.

After 2 months, the key tag will be mailed to the address listed on the Enrollment Form. If you do not receive your key tag in the "New Family / Visitor Check-In" room or through the mail, please check with LeAnne Smart to be sure that your Enrollment Form was received and processed correctly.

If you should lose your key tag, a replacement may be requested by filling out a Replacement Key Tag envelope located in the "New Family / Visitor Check-In" room. Give your completed envelope to any of the Greeters and your replacement tag can be picked up the following weekend in the "New Family / Visitor Check-In" room.

Small Groups

Elementary children who enroll are encouraged to join a Small Group. Visitors, children not enrolled yet, and children who attend a different service than their permanent Small Group assignment, are placed in an "On Deck" small group, which is a random selection of children who do not consistently meet together. Moving from an On Deck group to a permanent small group can take up to 8 weeks as new groups form so we strongly recommend enrolling and choosing a specific service to attend consistently.

Closed Classrooms

There is a mandatory volunteer ratio per number of children in the classroom to ensure the kids are properly cared for. If this ratio is not met, we must close the classroom for your child's safety.
