MOMSnext2 at Loudoun

for Moms of Junior or Senior High Students

Our job as Moms continues to grow and change as our children get older.  We still need support from other women in the same stage of mothering. This MOMSnext2 group for Middle and High School (grades 6-12), recognizes the difference and wants to encourage you in it.

A MOMSnext2 group is an open, accepting place for all mothers of high-school age kids to come, just as they are, to experience authentic community, personal growth, practical help, and spiritual hope.  MOMSnext2 will encourage, equip, and develop moms in the next phase of mothering.

If you have preschool age children (birth-Kindergarten), please check out MOPS.
If you have elementary children (grades K-5), please check out MOMSnext

All of these groups exist to encourage and equip mothers in every stage of mothering.  Each group is chartered through MOPS International and sponsored by McLean Bible Church at Loudoun.

What Does a MOMSnext2 Meeting Look Like?

Our meetings start with a time of socializing and refreshments. Most meetings feature an engaging speaker on a topic relevant to us as mothers, women, or wives.  Then we end with small group discussion.  Every woman is assigned to a small group of 8-10 women.

Joining More Than One MOPS, MOMSnext, MOMSnext 2 Group

If you plan to join multiple groups within the "MOPS family" (i.e., MOPS, MOMSnext or MOMSnext 2) this year at the MBC Loudoun campus (or any other church), then you are eligible to receive a discount on the additional group(s) joined.* If this applies to you, please contact us at momsnext2@gmail.com to receive your promo code used during registration.  Discount is only applied to the secondary group(s) joined.

*Since MOPS, MOMSnext and MOMSnext2 are all under the umbrella of MOPS International, a portion of all registration fees are sent directly to MOPS International as membership dues.  This amount is only paid once to the MOPS International organization no matter how many groups you join.

How Do I Join?

Online registration for the 2015-2016 year is open! (See above about the discount for joining multiple groups before registering.) The registration fee is $55 per year after September 1, 2015.
