If Etsy and Pinterest threw a holiday party, wouldn’t you want to join the fun?

On Saturday, November 14, from 9:30 am–3 pm, join women, ages 13 and up, in a festive, relaxed atmosphere to learn about the latest holiday trends and creative gifts for everyone on your list.

Whether it's Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years:
Preparing for the holidays has never been easier!

Our event takes place on the edge of Tysons Corner, VA in the Main Auditorium at the McLean Bible Church Tysons Campus, just a few blocks from the brand new Silver Line metro and one of the largest retail districts on the East Coast.

We invite you to bring all the women in your life for this unique and entertaining shopping experience.

All seats are general admission.
Purchase tickets online in advance for $10 each.
Tickets purchased the day of the event, if available, are $15 each.

Q. What time does the Show start and end?
A. Check-in will start at 8 am and doors will open at 9 am. The show starts at 9:30 am and lasts 90 minutes with no intermission.

Q. Is the Show & Expo only one day?
A. Yes. Saturday, November 14, 9:30 am-3pm. Show promptly starting at 9:30 am.

Q. How many attendees are you expecting?
A. We’re expecting roughly around 2000 attendees.

Q. What can I expect at the Expo?
A. You can expect to see exhibiting companies with booths ranging from 8 feet x 10 feet up to 8 feet x 20 feet.

Q. How do I get tickets to attend a workshop?
A. Workshop tickets are available on a first-come first-serve basis the morning of the event. Each workshop is limited to 100 attendees so get there early to make sure you get a ticket! Limit one workshop per guest.

Q. Will food be available for purchase?
A. Yes. Boxed lunches will be available on a first-come first-serve basis. You are more than welcome to go out to pick up lunch and re-enter the expo, if your wristband is still attached.

Q. Am I allowed to bring my own food and drink inside the Show & Expo?
A. Yes. However, food and beverage are not allowed in the main auditorium.

Q. Does the Holiday Show & Expo have any volunteer opportunities?
A. We do have volunteer opportunities. Please email holidayshowandexpo@mcleanbible.org if you're interested in helping.

Q. Can anyone attend the Show & Expo?
A. This event is geared towards women but anyone may attend over the age of 13.

Q. Can I buy things at the Expo?
A. Yes! The expo will have fully functioning shops to purchase items that will make great gifts!  Some shops may only accept cash or check so come prepared with cash and/or your check book.

Q. Is re-entry allowed?
A. Yes, as long as you still have your wristband attached to your wrist.

Q. Will I have to wait in lines during the Expo?
A. Anything this awesome is worth waiting for! While you may encounter a few lines, there will still be tons of things to do and experience.

Q. Will there be childcare?
A. No. We do have family rooms should you need to bring your child but we’re asking for attendees to be ages 13 and up.

Q. Do I have to purchase tickets online?
A. No. You can also purchase them the day of the event at the door.

Q. Do I need to print my tickets?
A. If you have a Smart Phone then you can pull your ticket up on your screen to be scanned at the door. If you don’t have a Smart Phone then you need to have your ticket printed or have your ticket number written down to be entered into our system for entry.

Q. What if I purchased a ticket but I am unable to attend?
A. You can always give your ticket away. We will not be giving any refunds or providing exchanges.

Q. Can I take pictures/video?
A. Yes! Please take as many photos/video as you want, and socialize using #HolidayShowAndExpo. We do ask that you not use flash photography during the show as it can be distracting to others and can also mess up our professional videographers who will be taping the show.
