- Montgomery Campus: 3:30-4:00pm (due to this campus' distance from camp, students must check in by 4 pm latest)

Questions about financial aid?
The total cost for the Winter Retreat is $225 per student so we are asking that each student contribute a minimum deposit of $100 to secure a spot. To be better stewards of our resources, we will be ask all participants to at least pay the initial $100. In the email confirmation of your camp registration, there will be a link where additional payments can be made towards the total.
Please know that we are still committed to getting every student to camp that needs or wants to be there. Finances should never be a hindrance or reason for not signing up. We will work with you to make sure your student has one of the best weekends of 2018!
