How To Relate To Your Mormon Neighbor

Loudoun County defines a melting pot, both religiously and culturally, with approximately 22% of people born internationally. This presents a myriad of challenges, as we attempting to present our faith and engage in relationships with our neighbors and coworkers. This class will not focus primarily on defeating your neighbors in an argument or debate. Apologetics will undoubtedly play a role, but our goal is to have meaningful relationships with the folks around us.

Over the course of the past decade, many Mormons have been moving to the DC area and playing a role in national politics, and have recently played a major role with the candidacy of Rep. Mitt Romney for the POTUS. This serves as evidence for the influence that Mormonism not only has locally in Salt Lake City, UT, but also nationally here in the D.C. area. Please join me for this great time together.

Occasionally, we will bring in outside speakers and the schedule might change slightly, so check back and be listening for updates.
