Janna began attending MBC Loudoun with her family after moving from NJ in 2010. After years of serving with her husband Scott on Weekend Host Teams and various other ministries, Janna joined MBC staff in 2016. She is so grateful to God for the impact Kid’s Quest and the Rock has had on her three children, as well as the love and support she and Scott have received in their small group. A Christ follower since 1978, this is the first church home Janna has ever had and is blessed to work and serve this family using the gifts God has given her.
Brian has been a part of McLean Bible Church since accepting Christ during a Frontline service in 2004. He began to serve shortly thereafter and has been involved in many different ministries since then. From mission trips to small groups, and marriage mentoring to evangelism, God has developed in Brian a passion for the life and vitality of the local church. Brian comes to us with a Bachelors degree from George Mason University and a Masters of Theology from Liberty University Seminary. Brian and AnnieLaurie have been married since 2005. The Walters have three children.
Dave joined the staff of Mclean Bible Church through the Future Leaders Class of 2013. Dave’s passion is seeing adults grow in grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ and giving Him the glory in all things. He holds a Bachelors degree in Biblical/Theological Studies and Christian Education from Wheaton College. Dave recently completed his M.A. in Christian Apologetics from Biola University. He and Meredith have been married since December, 2011 and have recently relocated to Ashburn from sunny Los Angeles. They are both blessed for the opportunity to serve God in this capacity.
Pastor of The Rock Student Ministries
After growing up in Boston, Donnie came to D.C. four years ago to attend Georgetown University. He entered as a nonbeliever pursuing a career in politics or law. Since accepting Christ during his freshman year, God has led him toward vocational ministry. He became involved with MBC through Frontline Arlington and the Gathering—where he found out about the Future Leaders Program. Although he is an avid sports fan, his greatest passion is growing closer to Christ, particularly by studying His Word. Donnie is the director of The Rock Student Ministries at MBC Loudoun. He is excited to build relationships with students and, by God’s grace, to encourage them as they pursue the Lord.
Director of Kid's Quest
LeAnne joined the MBC Staff in 1997 to help start Kid's Quest on Saturday evenings. Her passion is to create an engaging environment that is relevant and Christ-centered for every child. LeAnne looks forward to reaching families in Loudoun County for Christ. LeAnne and Joel have been married since 1989, and live in Lansdowne with their two daughters, Kylene and Brianna.
Loudoun Access Coordinator
Wendy has been a part of McLean Bible Church since 1998. She made MBC her home because Aaron, her nephew with Downs Syndrome, was accepted and embraced by the church. Wendy is married to Shawn and they have one daughter, Leah. Wendy began serving in Kids Quest during Leah’s early years. Wendy helped with the launch of the Loudoun Campus by being a weekly volunteer teacher for 2 & 3 year olds in Kids Quest. At the same time, she began volunteering with Access Ministry because she has a passion for children with special needs. Wendy became the Loudoun Access Coordinator in September 2009.
Anthony has attended McLean Bible Church since 2003 and grew up in The Rock. He didn't take his salvation seriously until Rock Junior High Camp, which made all the difference. Anthony has been on staff since 2015 and enjoys life behind the scenes.
Associate Director of The Rock Student Ministries
Katherine joined the MBC Staff in 2011 through the Future Leader program after graduating from Cedarville University. She spent her first two years in Northern Virginia as the Campus Director for the Gathering (MBC’s college ministry) at George Mason University in Fairfax. The LORD then led her to become the Associate Director of the Rock at MBC Loudoun. She has a passion for every student in the Rock to have a deep relationship with Jesus that will affect every area of their lives. It is her joy to serve the LORD through serving the Rock students and their families.
Kid's Quest Operations & Volunteer Coordinator
Kathy and her husband, Brian, began attending MBC Loudoun in 2009. Kathy has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She is honored by the privilege of teaching children about the most important Man they will ever know, to help them build a foundation that will support them through the best and worst of life, and to have an impact that will last into eternity. Brian and Kathy are blessed with three children.
Kid's Quest Director of Creative Arts
Elisabeth Gardiner joined the staff of McLean Bible church with the Future Leaders Class of 2007 shortly after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is passionate about helping children discover and understand the Bible at a young age, and about creating a safe and nurturing environment for them to grow strong relationships with Christ and others. She met her husband, Tim, serving in Kid's Quest, and they welcomed their first child, Aimee, in 2013.
Nursery Toddler Coordinator
Jill and her husband Sean have been attending MBC since 1989. After many years of volunteering in KidsQuest and other ministries, Jill came on staff in 2009 as the Sunday Nursery/Toddler Coordinator. She and Sean have been married since 1989 and have five wonderful children. They love serving the families of Loudoun and reaching God’s precious little ones with the love of Christ.
Kid’s Quest Curriculum & Midweek Coordinator
Pam and her husband Mike have been attending MBC since 2013. Before joining staff in 2015, Pam served as a volunteer in various roles in women's ministry and in Kids Quest. Pam currently serves as the Saturday Night Preschool Coordinator. She and Mike have been married since 2003 and have three children. Pam has a passion for preschoolers and loves to help children understand how much Jesus loves them, helping to grow a foundation for each child to become a life-long Christ follower.
Cheryl and her family moved to Virginia in 2013, visited MBC Loudoun the first weekend they were here, and haven’t left! She is active in the Access Moms' Small Group and the prayer team. Cheryl's degree and professional background in communication and e-learning gets put to use on the bulletin, website, e-newsletters, and social media for the campus. She and her husband, Russ, love taking their 2 sons, David and Jonathan, to water parks. Along with Cheryl's mom, Annette, they happily reside in Leesburg--not far from the waterpark!
