2018 Best of the Holy Land Tour
October 8-19, 2018 (Tour with extension to Mt. Sinai and Petra)
The “Best of the Holy Land” tour is a life-changing trip that makes the Bible come alive. During this tour, we will see significant biblical landmarks such as Jerusalem, enjoy the ancient city of Megiddo sitting high above the Valley of Armageddon, step into the Garden of Gethsemane, and sit on the Mount of Olives. We will also get a first-hand look at the Dead Sea Scrolls and other artifacts that demonstrate the veracity of the Bible. Different from other tours, Lon’s “Best of the Holy Land” tour provides you with regular worship, devotions, communion, and prayers led personally by Lon, an opportunity to renew your baptism in the same Jordan River where Jesus was baptized, and deluxe accommodations to provide respite from your busy lives and renewal to your body, mind, and spirit!
2018 Advanced Israel Tour:
Visiting exciting & different biblical sites than we visit on our Best of the Holy Land Tour
On this tour, we’ll be visiting an entirely different set of biblical sites than on our “Best of the Holy Land” tours. I have picked a whole host of special sites that I am personally excited about sharing with a special group of traveling friends. Even though this tour will hold special interest for those of you who have already been to Israel, it is designed for everyone, whether you have ever visited the Holy Land or not. Highlights include: Tel Dan, in the northern extremity of ancient Israel, where archaeologists have unearthed Jeroboam's altar; The Golden Gate outside the Old City Wall of Jerusalem; the Valley of Elah where Goliath was slain; Bethany where Jesus raised Lazarus; the Pool of Siloam where Jesus healed the blind man; and walking the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
